Captains please note NEW RULE:
 Please make sure each member of your team brings proof of their PVA membership to these USAV tournaments. Many players that are telling us they are current members- are not actually current.  Advise each of your team-mates that it is a very simple process to go to the PVA website and directly print their proof of  PVA membership.  Regretfully, we must enforce this rule, so if a player does not have current proof of PVA membership or direct payment for it, they will not be able to play.
